You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution . The Marketing Specialist will work with the sales team, supporting teams (such as operations), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. 

MARKETING SPECIALIST responsibilities 

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies 
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Diploma, certificate or degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing (3 - 5 years)
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Market research and ability to utilize findings into content creation
  • Experience in creating & optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools (Pardot & Salesforce)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad-words campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Photography & Video creation, editing and design skillset highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator, In Design, and other design tools
  • Bilingual (English & French) is an asset

As a Quality Assurance Manager, your duties may include...

  • Ensure corporate compliance with internal, client, industry and other standards by conducting periodic CIMS-GB/ISO compliance audits
  • Based on finding, develop recommendations for corrective actions, complete follow-up and confirmation activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve and assist in developing and implementing improvement initiatives, including pilots, changes to procedures, processes, documents
  • Participate in the development of corporate quality standards, policies and procedures, aligned with corporate objectives, evidence-informed practices, and client requirements
  • Develop and implement methods for measuring quality service outcomes per client and internal standards

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of quality assurance experience
  • Post-Secondary education or 5+ years of industry experience
  • G Class Driver's License
  • Knowledge of cleaning industry processes, standards, and client expectations
  • Travel to geographically dispersed worksites per audit schedule, other requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with varied audiences
  • Experience providing leadership to support QA/QC practices in the workplace
